Founding Data Scientist
We're looking for a data scientist to shape how SkoutLab discovers insights. You'll design hypothesis generation strategies, build statistical validation frameworks, and define what 'good analysis' looks like at scale.
What we're looking for:
- •3+ years in data science or analytics
- •Strong statistics background (hypothesis testing, regression, etc.)
- •Python proficiency (pandas, scipy, sklearn)
- •Experience communicating insights to non-technical stakeholders
Head of Growth / GTM
Own our go-to-market strategy from day one. You'll define positioning, build the sales playbook, and drive early customer acquisition. Perfect for someone who wants to build a GTM function from scratch.
What we're looking for:
- •Experience in B2B SaaS, ideally data/analytics tools
- •Track record of early-stage customer acquisition
- •Strong storytelling and content creation skills
- •Comfort with ambiguity and wearing multiple hats
